What Lucid is

Lucid is a training tool for metacognition: you log predictions and decisions, reality grades them, and an AI coach asks questions grounded in your own record.

Lucid is not advice. The coach is designed to never tell you what to do, what will happen, or what to decide, and nothing in the product is financial, investment, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Decisions you make while using Lucid are yours.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older. Keep your email access secure; sign-in codes are as sensitive as a password.

You own the content you put in. You give us the limited license needed to store it, process it, and show it back to you, which is the product working as intended.

Plans and billing

The instrument is free. Plus ($79.99/year or $9.99/month) adds the coach and deeper analysis. New accounts get 7 days of everything, no card required.

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime in Settings via Manage billing; you keep Plus until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

If a charge was a genuine mistake, email sol@becomelucid.ai within 14 days and we will make it right.

Fair use and conduct

Coach conversations have a fair-use cap. Don't abuse, probe, or resell the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

We can suspend accounts that attack the service or other users. We'd rather not.

The fine print

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
